Does my project need a PE stamp?

Often not — interior remodels, residential work inside the IRC prescriptive tables, decks, as-builts. Your building department decides, so send the scope and we will check before quoting.

We produce the drawings, calculations and code checks so the engineer of record on your project reviews, seals and signs. We do not stamp anything ourselves.

Layered DWG and DXF, a plotted PDF sheet set, and the calc package where it applies. Matched to your CAD standards if you have them.

What do you need to start?

A sketch, an existing plan, a survey, a redline, or photos with dimensions. A LiDAR scan goes straight into the workflow.

Per project, on scope. Architectural and MEP as a package, structural per sheet count, scan-to-BIM per scan, back-office work per job. Send the scope and you get a number.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two, alongside the initial review of your material and the final set. Further rounds are quoted separately.

Do you work with clients in the United States?

Most of the work is US projects. The studio is remote and there is no US office, so drawings, markups and review comments move by email and shared links.

Can you work as a back office for our firm?

Yes. Overflow production under your direction, drawn to your CAD standards and title block, delivered under your name. NDAs are welcome.

Navigating Building Permits: How to Resolve City Redlines for Residential Additions

asement Egress & Retaining Walls: Detailing of an exterior stairwell utilizing a Bilco bulkhead door for basement access. The design includes a poured concrete retaining wall holding back over 4 feet of earth, complete with a strictly modeled 36-inch guardrail to satisfy IRC fall-hazard requirements for a 30-inch drop-off. Structural Roof Framing: A custom roof framing plan for the addition's sunroom, specifying engineered lumber load paths, including a (2) 1 ¾" x 11 ⅞" LVL Ridge Beam and necessary hanger connections. Permitting Success: The construction documents were successfully optimized to resolve city redlines regarding structural nomenclature, egress exemptions, and site safety, resulting in a fully approved building permit.
