See the work first

Don’t take our word for it. Open a set and measure it.

Every drafting studio says its drawings are clean. This one hands you a real project in your browser so you can check — orbit it, cut a section through it, and measure any dimension yourself.

A model you can interrogate, not a picture of one

Send a link to your client, your inspector or your engineer and they can open it on a phone with nothing to install. It is the same viewer we use internally, so what they see is what we drew.

Try it on 29 Anton Way
  • Measure anything

Point-to-point with snapping, in feet and inches, decimal feet or metric.

  • Cut a section

Slice the model on any axis to see how it goes together.

  • Walk through it

First-person walkthrough, or view it in AR on a phone.

  • Export sheets

Pull PDF views straight out of the viewer.

Scan to drawings

No as-builts? Scan the place on a phone and we’ll take it from there.

Walk the space with a free scanning app on an iPhone, send us the file, and we turn the point cloud into a clean model — walls, doors, windows and fixtures traced and squared — then into the drawing set. It saves a site visit and it beats measuring a house with a tape.

  1. 1

    Scan it

A free app on an iPhone. Ten minutes for a typical room.

  2. 2

    Send it

One link, no account. Upload straight from the phone.

  3. 3

    Get drawings

As-builts, then the permit set on top of them.

What lands in your inbox

  • Layered DWG and DXF, drawn to your CAD standards and title block if you have them
  • Plotted PDF sheet sets ready for submission and printing
  • Floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and door, window and finish schedules
  • MEP layouts: duct runs, panel schedules, single-line diagrams, plumbing risers
  • Framing and foundation plans with the calculation package alongside
  • Two rounds of revisions inside the standard scope

Plenty of projects need no engineer at all — interior remodels with no structural change, residential work inside the IRC prescriptive tables, decks, as-builts, shop drawings. Those we take from first sketch to finished set. Where a project does need sign-off, we produce the drawings, calculations and code checks, and the engineer of record on your project reviews and seals them.

Send a scope and get a real number back.

A sketch, an existing plan, a survey, a redline, photos with dimensions, or a phone scan. Whatever you have is enough to quote from.
